Indeed we have. The first of the 3 was in 2006 after we graduated 14 starters and had a very young team. The last two have been by close margins.

Graduation hits some teams harder than others. 14 starters, at least 3 of whom were All-Americans, one of whom was a Walter Payton award winner, yeah... that's going to affect a team.

If I remember right, PSU scored a TD right at the end after the turnover, making it look worse than it was. It was a 4 point game before that.

And don't worry, I'm sure Nichols will get the team pretty fired up and bring his "A" game. Now that our D has been shored up, it's your turn to be shredded like swiss cheese. I just hope you can swallow your pride enough to come back on CS or AGS and get your crow.
