That you're sarcastically mocking the arrogant jerks like Fauxi who want people to believe their message as if it's written in stone? Sure.89Hen wrote: ↑Wed Nov 10, 2021 12:54 pmHe knows that.Winterborn wrote: ↑Wed Nov 10, 2021 9:48 am
It isn't a problem that the message changes, as you correctly point out, it is a new virus. It is how that original message is conveyed and accepted as written in stone immediately and then when somebody questions the message in a legitimate way, you are accused of being anti-science.
That is the nuance that I think SD and 89 are getting at.
I also know that Kalm sarcastically mocks the arrogant fools with no medical training who complain about an unproven vaccine and then push a horse-dewormer as an alternative treatment.

Study says some individuals clear virus rapidly due to a strong immune response from existing T-cells, meaning tests record negative result
We all know that person who, despite their entire household catching Covid-19, has never tested positive for the disease. Now scientists have found an explanation, showing that a proportion of people experience “abortive infection” in which the virus enters the body but is cleared by the immune system’s T-cells at the earliest stage meaning that PCR and antibody tests record a negative result.
About 15% of healthcare workers who were tracked during the first wave of the pandemic in London, England, appeared to fit this scenario

I know, Ivermectin is anti-parasitic, anti-inflammatory and anti-viral but clinical trials have not shown that it is effective against COVID so while it has a longer history and is probably safe if taken appropriately, it is more unproven against COVID than the vaccines. Are the vaccines unsafe? What is the percentage of people that experience serious complications and/or death? I'm guessing that percentage is even lower than the percentage of people that experience serious complications and/or death from COVID. So if COVID isn't as big of a deal as some want to make it out to be than the safety of the vaccines isn't a big deal either.AZGrizFan wrote: ↑Wed Nov 10, 2021 4:01 pmIt may be unproven (of course, we're starting to understand just how "proven" the vaccines aren't), but it's certainly proven SAFER than the vaccines....at this point.UNI88 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 10, 2021 3:58 pm

Hopefully the studies they are running on Ivermectin start it as soon as symptoms occur. An antiviral can't do much to help if the virus has already run its course. In the case of Covid, I think that's around the 10 day mark.UNI88 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 10, 2021 3:58 pmI know, Ivermectin is anti-parasitic, anti-inflammatory and anti-viral but clinical trials have not shown that it is effective against COVID so while it has a longer history and is probably safe if taken appropriately, it is more unproven against COVID than the vaccines. I still wish India would put out some studies. They gave everyone a "pack" of medicine and directions on what to do if you got sick. On the surface, it looked very effective...but without those studies, it's still a guess.

Ivermectin does not work. The vaccines approved for use in the United States by the FDA work. They are also safe.
What's really sad is that the kind of misinformation crap that has been going on is associated with the conservative movement. That is really hard for me to take as someone who has historically been a conservative. It means I have to come to grips with the fact that the "side" I was on during most of my life is now completely detached from reality.
Not just with respect to the COVID-19 thing either. A lot of things.

You familiar with VAERS? It tells a much different story than you. While I'm sure the adverse events, including deaths, is still very small, these vaccines are mauling people compared to the rest.
https://vaersanalysis.info/2021/11/05/v ... 0-29-2021/
18,000 deaths so far. Many have said it only captures 10% of the true number of adverse events. I mean hell, if the AERS system can be used under the same methodology to ban ephedra years ago, that methodology of multiplying vaccine adverse events by 10 should be true for the vaccine system (VAERS).
That link is not the VAERS site, but one that simply pulls the reports. Total pain to pull reports.

Yes, version reports anyone that died at anytime after a vaccine was given, for any reason. The actual vaccine caused deaths is probably less than 100. It was 23 in September. You are doing the same thing you accused the covid death counters of doing. Fear mongering.SeattleGriz wrote: ↑Thu Nov 11, 2021 3:40 pmYou familiar with VAERS? Both of them are using fear porn. You can be one of them if you want.SeattleGriz wrote: ↑Thu Nov 11, 2021 7:27 pmHow about a link to your revised report? And if classifying every death within 60 days of a Covid diagnosis works for COVID deaths, why not vaccine deaths?Gil Dobie wrote: ↑Thu Nov 11, 2021 7:24 pm
Yes, version reports anyone that died at anytime after a vaccine was given, for any reason. The actual vaccine caused deaths is probably less than 100. It was 23 in September. You are doing the same thing you accused the covid death counters of doing. Fear mongering.
