Even Tucker, who has politicians bend to his will, was calling him a Lib.
I think the funnier thing is the stink the Libs put up when he was nominated. Proved all of them VERY wrong. I knew he was a standup guy, and he's showing it.
Oh you should see it. It's fantastic.

And there are a lot of tweets about his finances

It was required for my grandson's kindergarten. They wore mask more properly than the adults. They didn't fuss about it either. No kids caught covid in class that year, but 1 kid caught it outside of the classroom. Masks are a choice, not to made fun off. Do you make fun of people on Oxygen, or one's that lost their hair from cancer treatment? Live and let live, no one is better than the person next to them.
I won’t make fun of most people in masks, but there are certain situations where I’ll mock the fuck out of them. Driving in your car alone and wearing a mask? Mock. Outside, around no one else, wearing a mask? Mock. Running or exercising by yourself outside yet still wearing a mask? Mock.

I mean honestly, if you’re wearing a mask in situations like those, just go ahead and eat a fucking bullet. You’re too far gone to bring back to sanity anyway.
This.

Spokane County ICU’s are at 100 % capacity. Inslee has ordered the Guard deployed to assist hospitals across the state.

They think King County may have already peaked but Eastern WA is 2-3 weeks away.

What's the pre-china virus baseline capacity for ICU's in that county?

I posted it because the guy is disinfecting a chair that is already getting plenty of UV and they closed beaches. It's over the top craziness!

Already am on record in this thread as not being bothered by masks, nor wearing them if someone is uncomfortable around me with them off.
Your meme specifically mentions masks.

The people telling you to put an N95 on your kid are the same people who closed beaches to stop Covid.

I would hope so. 2 things:

1) empty beds don’t pay the bills
2) the country is still trying to catch up from the backlog of surgeries and procedures that were delayed because of the first couple waves.

Have you seen the meltdown the blue check brigade is having over striking down the OSHA mandate? Batshit crazy like those 6 judges are going to be responsible for killing hundreds of thousands of people, amd now we have to pack the court. FAR worse than any angst from the right over the 5-4 on the health care workers..
I have. It's all ridiculous, partisan nonsense. :coffee: I agree with you.

And it's about equal to that of Republicans that Brett and Roberts sided with the Libs.
Not even remotely close to the full meltdown on the left..

UofC is an interesting school. I would guess one of the few top schools with much diversity of thought. The business and law school are more conservative while the other schools are more liberal. There should be more schools like UofC where students can develop their critical thinking skills through discussion and debate rather than having their biases confirmed in echo chambers.

Data is a little old (Dec 31), but still an interesting site to actually get an idea of how many beds are out there.

Filtered for Spokane county.

I brought this data issue up awhile ago. Essentially considering someone unvaxxed until two weeks after second shot is really messing with the data.

This is the first real data I've seen on this topic. Look at how many hospitalizations and deaths occur within the first 14 days of getting your shot.

I can't believe somebody is dumb enough to still be using that 5% of COVID-19 deaths solely attributable to COVID-19 thing. You just keep seeing this debunked crap surface over and over again. Good spot to again use the discussion of the situation in the video linked below the text in this post (you'll probably have to click the little sound icon to turn the sound on).

I know it is Youtube. But the reason I use it is because I have read the CDC guidance on reporting COVID-19 deaths and what he is saying is completely consistent with the truth of the matter. I just like to use his video because he does a good job of articulating it. The only thing I think might be wrong about what he said is he appears to say that something like somebody dying in a vehicle accident and testing positive for COVID would show up as a COVID death. I don't think that would happen; at least not with respect to the COVID-19 deaths tabulated based on death certificate data. COVID has to be a factor in the death for the death to be counted as a COVID death there.

Anyway, whoever wrote that "We will not play pretend" thing is an idiot. BTW, as of now and through the week of 1/8/2022, the death certificates data process has counted 213,337 COVID-19 deaths among people under 65. Yes, it's worse for people over 65. 621.617 deaths among that age range. But people really need to stop this nonsense about it not being a "thing" for people under 65. The worst seasonal flu among the past 10 (2017-2018) had an estimated 52,000 influenza associated deaths among ALL age groups (and influenza also disproportionately impacts the elderly). We have now averaged over 100,000 COVID-19 deaths per year JUST among people under 65. And that's according to a count, not an estimate. The estimates are higher.

People who continue to insist that this is not a big deal and it is not a really big public health crisis are being willfully ignorant.
