Anytime some butthurt lib complains about Roe v Wade being overturned asked them to point out where in the Constitution there is a right to abortion or a right to privacy.

And 10th Amendment
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Simple. The end.

9th Amendment:
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
SCOTUS has said for 50ish years that the right to privacy includes abortion.

The fact that abortion is not specifically enumerated doesn't mean you can deny or disparage the right.

The 9th Amendment says its specific absence is not a reason to deny a right. So, I don't know why you want someone to point to where it is specifically enumerated. It doesn't matter.

SCOTUS has also said the 9th Amendment protects, for example, the right to attend private school. Do you think a state would be in violation of the Constitution if it required all kids attend public school?

Depends on what's agreed to when someone goes to work there, clerks, permanent staff, etc. I would wager probably not a crime but certainly likely to be a violation of a work agreement. Doesn't bode well for the future legal career of the leaker, but they'll have the insider track to be a media commentator now.

Marriage is a contract between 2 people. I'm not sure how you can allow two people of different sexes to have a contract but deny that right to two people of the same sex.

AOC is fear mongering there. Abortion has, is, and always will be vastly different than anything else. There's no danger to the other things she's bringing up. Gay marriage will survive. Civil rights will survive. This is solely about abortion.

The issue with abortion will always be that's there are two lives involved - the mother's and the fetus. Science will always be clear that, at conception, the fetus is a human being (if we start denying that then we have no business interjecting science into any debate since it will always be arbitrary depending upon your political position), so it will always be contentious what to do with that fetus. I would rather we postpone that decision until science gives us the ability to raise a fetus completely outside of the mother's womb (we're not there today, and could be decades away from that), as once we do that a woman wouldn't be forced to pick between ending a life or spending 9-10 months carrying a child (not to mention the several months afterwards) and going through all of the physical toll that carrying a child entails. So no matter what gets decided, it's a crappy outcome. Fetuses will still be killed, mothers will still be faced with the crippling decision to carry and have a child, and nothing that legally gets decided will fix any of that.
