Considering his poor position in the polls, when the Democrats are thrashed in November he or the people around him should do the right thing and just resign or use the 25th. Being a stutterer myself, I can honestly say that there's nothing stuttering-related with most of his gaffes at this point. He just isn't there mentally as much anymore and it's clearly and speedily getting worse with age.
