What would be the point anyway? I provided a link to a website early on in which the reporters actually spoke both Ukrainian and Russian and were interviewing people fleeing to Moldova. They simply said some were okay with Russia and some were fine with Ukraine, but the overarching theme was the wealthy all got out first, and everyone else were left for dead.

Russia doesn't have to be in Ukraine. At all. Ukraine in no way threatened Russia. Russia doesn't like neighbors who don't cower to Russia. That's not cause for a military invasion. Get out of the 1800's, nations attacking other nations to gain territory and subjugate those populations isn't how nations are supposed to act anymore.
