There is a guy running around with a pickup and a Flying Tigers wrap that looks pretty good and another person with a star wars x-wing wrap on a small SUV.

I’ve looked into wrapping the 914 a little. This kind of job is spendy. Laying down $4000 + to share your feelings?

Oh I’d love to see those

I was having a tough time finding a paint shop even to just shoot with us doing 90% of the prep work. Most shops have switched to collision repair and the specialty shops are two years out. But thankfully I found a talented one who’s done a number of classics and show cars.

The next 914 will be a sleeper with a L3 conversion. Maybe wrap it similar to Porsche’s paint to sample patina look (supposedly…could be a wrap)



You could brush swipe marks on the cayenne.

I will see what I can do. I see the Star Wars one every now and then but it has been a few months. That said, I am a massive sucker for their darker green colors or velvet red. Porsche has had some gorgeous colors over the years and I am almost thinking of doing an older color as sort of flashback style. The initial issue I have been running into is 1) settling on a color, 2) getting it in the right material to do a wrap and not break the bank. (Which reminds me I need a set of summer wheels and have come to the realization that I am just going to have to bite the bullet and go for it)

I like the retro-barnyard find look.
