In a blistering filing on Thursday, U.S. District Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks accused Trump of a “pattern of abuse of the courts” for filing frivolous lawsuits for political purposes, which he said “undermines the rule of law” and “amounts to obstruction of justice.”

“Here, we are confronted with a lawsuit that should never have been filed, which was completely frivolous, both factually and legally, and which was brought in bad faith for an improper purpose,” he wrote.

I was reading a guys opinion on this and he felt Trump and his lawyers knew this would never go anywhere, but it put a layer of client attorney privilege on the documents he submitted with his lawsuit. Essentially making it so they wouldn't disappear.

I always thought Obama was a great speech giver. His ad lib stuff wasn't great, but that's hard for most people. As Obama grew more into a regular politician I didn't care much for the content of the speeches, but he delivered them well.

I think it’s about both. Stringent and silly morals can induce hypocrisy inconsistency. Go to church one day/week so you can be an asshole the other 6.
