I do take the DoJ claims with a grain of salt. Even with some healthy skepticism, they're considerably more believable than anything trump says.

NARA is butt hurt over a letter from Obama to Trump in regards to N Korea AND 27 letters between Trump and Kim Jong Un.

You say Trump is all about himself. What do you suppose Trump would want to put in his record? I can tell you. Obama saying N Korea was a lost cause and Trump turning it around like the Middle East and everywhere else he brought stability.

Exactly what's quoted is pretty much what I heard - "having railway to go all the way across the southern two-thir—the, from the Atlantic Ocean to the, to the Indian Ocean in Africa!"

A railroad across the northern one-third of Africa would go from the Atlantic Ocean to the Red Sea and be much longer than a railroad across the southern two-thirds of Africa which would go from the Atlantic Ocean to the Indian Ocean.

He makes plenty of gaffes and it's evident that he's having trouble communicating his thoughts but I don't think what he said in that particular snippet is about building a railroad across the ocean.
