No. In fact the definition of mass shooting changes in those states. When searching the internet in regards to race, PBS tells you only 17 happened in the first 3 months and then when searching under gender, you see Newsweek say there have been over 100 in the first three months.

The left likes to claim that of the states with the highest murder rates, more are red than blue. That is only because a large percentage of the murders in those states are committed in deep blue cities. Ex LA (New Orleans), GA (Atlanta), Tenn (Memphis), Texas (Dallas, Houston), OH (Cincinnatti, Cleveland), Alabama (Birmingham), etc, etc
