When Trump wins 17 of the 18 bellwether stats, but still loses, you question the validity, like the majority of the population.

You are in the minority with your belief the electiin was above board, and as a Hillary Clinton voter, it would make sense you thought Trump colluded with Russia, but when faced with facts, you switch jerseys.

*You like that subtle ad hominem*
I agree that the 2020 election (or the 2016 election before it) wasn't completely above board. But I think I'm with the majority when I say that 1) both sides engaged in shenanigans and 2) those shenanigans did not cost trump the election.
This.

Even team Trump knows they lost.

Oooh. Now I could get into that.

Actually, I steer clear of mainstream Christians. It's a big reason I get so defensive. It's usually because when I hear people criticize Christianity, I find it very uninformed...and then I see yahoos like Ken Copeland and realize those criticizing have a point. There are huge benefits to coming to God outside the mainstream, and I'm considered fundamental by many.

It's why I laid into Ivynatti when he started running on about my faith. Don't come at me unless you got facts, and he didn't.
You believe that the universe operates according to the superstitions of a bunch of ancient goatherders and you're bleating about facts? I'm still trying to grasp the implications of populating the earth with your two male offspring with respect to certain SCOTUS decisions regarding boys and girls.

Attorneys for the former president, who was indicted on 37 federal counts in the classified documents scandal, this week asked to delay Trump’s trial until after the 2024 election.

It’s currently scheduled to begin in December.

Weissmann found that request to be very curious.

“If you are innocent and want to be vindicated, you ask for a trial before the election,” he wrote on Twitter. “If you are guilty and want to run on victimization, without being undermined by facts and law, you don’t.”

:dunce: :suspicious: No. The right is cheering this. Trump wants it delayed till after the election. There wasn’t going to be 1 delay of from Dec 2023 until Dec 2024, as they don’t delay things in 1 year chunks. A several month delay is more typical. This is the 1st delay. It won’t be the last.

The new defendant should be worth another six month delay - but the strategy of delay until able to pardon self is looking weaker as we go because if trump is the nominee as expected by everyone he will get smoked in the general election, again, and the trials continue. If he isn't the Republican nominee somebody from the establishment will be and trump is fresh out of friends in the establishment, especially if the nominee is Chris Christie - then its payback time as Christie allows the trials to continue and receives all kinds of accolades for putting country above Party while trump twists in the wind wishing he hadn't humiliated Christie in '16 by dogwalking him out to the stage. Christie is already baiting trump non-stop and if trump takes the bait its game over for him

It would be awful if Trump's health took a turn for the worse while Youngkin was VP.

I don't see how anybody would want the job after Jan. 6. Get your name into the history books as the gold standard for our all-time bottom-of-the-barrel administrations alongside the Roberts Court...nobody comes near Trump without being diminished by the experience

70% of the GOP wants either Trump or DeSantis out of the currently announced. A Youngkin type could learn from Desantis’s mistakes or be better on the personality front and perhaps cut into Trump’s lead. However, once they have the lidless eye of Mordor cast there way, they’d have to succumb quickly in order to become VP. Christie has the right idea and it would take a full on open assault to have any chance at deprogramming the cult and saving the GOP.

(On the other side, Harris will become the target of the opposition for similar reasons. It’s why the Dems would benefit from a legitimate strongly contested primary. Harris is weak sauce. But the corporate overlords will not allow that).

Bottom line is the donks are fucked if they don't have Trump to kick around which seems to throw a wrench in the trials of Trump via if Trump gets convicted too early and can't be a candidate, the donks lose the general election resulting in likely a pardon. Unless its Chris Christie, who, being an astute politician, having been a red governor in a blue state, AND having spent years waiting for payback from the dog-walking by Trump in 2016, will drop him like the last sandbag from a falling balloon and use him to assert the point that nobody is above the law and make a great name for himself as a country-over-party guy.

Well, well. What do you know. SG called it in the beginning. Russia collusion documents.
Just minutes before Joe Biden was inaugurated, Meadows rushed to the Justice Department to hand-deliver a redacted copy for a last review. Years later, the Justice Department has yet to release all of the documents, despite Trump’s declassification order. Additional copies with varying levels of redactions ended up at the National Archives.

But an unredacted version of the binder containing the classified raw intelligence went missing amid the chaotic final hours of the Trump White House. The circumstances surrounding its disappearance remain shrouded in mystery.

US officials repeatedly declined to discuss any government efforts to locate the binder or confirm that any intelligence was missing.

The binder was not among the classified items found in last year’s search of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort, according to a US official familiar with the matter, who said the FBI was not looking specifically for intelligence related to Russia when it obtained a search warrant for the former president’s residence last year.
I love how CNN relies on Cassidy Hutchinson.
Cassidy Hutchinson, one of Meadows’ top aides, testified to Congress and wrote in her memoir that she believes Meadows took home an unredacted version of the binder. She said it had been kept in Meadows’ safe and that she saw him leave with it from the White House.

“I am almost positive it went home with Mr. Meadows,” Hutchinson told the January 6 committee in closed-door testimony, according to transcripts released last year.
I'm sure all you low information posters knew this little fact about Cassidy though.
Three months after she testified as the Democrats’ star witness at the Jan. 6 congressional hearings, former Trump White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson submitted significant changes to statements and information she had provided in transcribed interviews with the U.S. House of Representatives dating to February 2022, according to an errata sheet reviewed by Just the News that was kept from the American public.
“These aren’t ‘corrections.’ They constitute entirely new testimony that should be subjected to cross examination,” Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz told Just the News after reviewing the memo.
Wonder when and how the unredacted binder makes it's appearance. Be great to read what the FBI knew and did during "Russia collusion".

It was sold to the highest bidder years ago.
