The defendant must not obstruct, attempt to obstruct, or tamper with the efficiency and accuracy of prohibited substance screening or testing.
*Participate in a program of inpatient or outpatient substance abuse therapy and counseling if directed by the pretrial services office or supervising officer.

Hunter is to “submit to supervision by and report for supervision to the Central District of California,” which means that he will be registering with federal probation/parole officers in that district (of which Los Angeles County is a part). That officer will determine Hunter’s compliance with the conditions of pre-trial release.

I honestly think Hunter started using his dad has a prop for these really shady deals - call him up on the phone, get him to answer and say hi to everyone, and then hang up on dad so that he could get around to being paid handsomely for the access. Clearly Hunter is a serious piece of crap, so profiting off of his dad not being all there in the head is minor league stuff compared to what else he's been doing. Hunter should at a minimum be looking at Manafort-level convictions, and probably even more than that - Hunter's really dirty. As for Joe, I don't think he's necessarily knowingly done anything bad, we just need to dust off the 25th amendment and get on with it.
