Yep. Reserves.

Also, technically speaking, ROTC cadets who are on scholly ARE in the military. Ironically, ROTC cadets at civilian colleges are more likely to be scholly, and therefore in the military than at VMI or El Cid. This is because at VMI and The Citadel, EVERYONE is in ROTC as a requirement. Even the kids who are not planning on going in the military. So, you are in ROTC whether you are on scholly or not. At places like clempson or Notre Dame, most of the kids in ROTC are on scholly (why take the classes and buy the uniforms if you're not looking for a commission?). Therefore a larger percentage of kids actually in ROTC at civ schools are in the military than those at VMI or El Cid.
