Grizza move down here and hunt. You can just go in the woods and kill a deer or a hog. They are no where near as big as up there, but their is not much money in involved.

WTF are you talking about? I'm trying to say (VERY FUCKING PEACEFULLY) I might add that he was trying to extend an olive branch and say that he has looked at what you said. Don't start this fucking bullshit with me because I'm trying to get you to let up and see what he has to say. Nobody said shit about things having to be peaceful I just said you might want to see what is to be said before poisoning the well.

Haven't seen anybody change their party affiliation, team affiliation, or stance on wildlife issues on any of these football boards. This is a community tied to an interest in particular college football programs. 8-)

Carry on, and have fun folks, kickoff begins in just a few days.

No PFGriza, no need to not post in Politic wing, just don't be surprised if someone happens to not agree on one topic with you out of the many they typically do find coomon ground with you on, hence the reason they've enjoyed your company and friendship in the past...

Chris, can we start a RANT thread where no responses are allowed? Just post a thread that no one can respond to original post so as not to potentially upset someone if they have a differing opinion? Jesus fokking Christ..........

Wolves kill 120 sheep at ranch near Dillon

HELENA - While the debate about how many wolves are enough to ensure a healthy population will again come to a head in a federal courtroom Monday, a Dillon-area ranch is picking up the pieces from the largest known wolf depredation in recent history.

In a highly unusual move for wolves, they killed about 120 adult male sheep in one incident on the Rebish/Konen Livestock Ranch south of Dillon last week.

That compares with a total of 111 sheep killed by wolves in Montana in 2008, according to Carolyn Sime, the statewide wolf coordinator for Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks.

Last week, wolves struck again. This time, they took out 120 purebred Rambouillet bucks that ranged in size from about 150 to 200 pounds, and were the result of more than 80 years of breeding.

I've repeatedly told these sheep to keep the number down around a 100 but they don't listen to me.

This is why it won't hurt my feelings on bit when the same tactics are used on the packs. I can't say that I don't respect their thinking on this matter cuz that would make me a hypocrite since I don't have a problem with them being thinned down in a likewise fashion.

Who do you think would win a three-way battle....120 bucks, 120 wolves, or Ditka?

Ditka, hands down. He'd play possum and get a couple of those fuckin' wolves curious and once then got close enough he would spring up and split a couple of those wolves by their back legs like a wish bone and scare the shit out of the rest of them for a minute. Once the wolves came to their senses and attacked he would use the few that he had already killed as if they were a War Hammer and he'd just keep on swinging dead wolf carcasses until he was sure that every one of them had regretted the day they ever happened upon him. He would have to move from area to area and conceal his identity from the other wolf packs to keep up his blood thirsty rampage. There would be no survivors but on the flip side I would pay money to visit the wolf piles that would be scattered throughout the NW and Canada.

He would not waste his time on the bucks at all. It's not like he's not a compassionate man.
