There might not be enough evidence to stand up in court but there is enough for me to believe that Hunter peddled access to Joe for money and that Joe got a cut. Those that can’t see it are just as fanatical and/or partisan as those that believe trump is innocent.

When do we get to the part where they show their evidence?
Well with Trump, they make up the laws as they go along and you TDS guys say well you have to analytically gifted to understand why Trump is guilty
But for The Hero and Chief dirty Rotten Biden you say
The former president has claimed that the South Florida social club is worth “50 or 100 times” more than its $18 million appraised value, once saying its true worth could be as much as $1.5 billion.
“Mar-a-Lago was listed as worth $490 million in financial documents given to banks,” Moskowitz wrote in the letter. “If the property value of Mar-a-Lago is so much higher than it was appraised, will you be amending the property value in line with the Trump family’s belief that the property is worth well over a billion dollars?”
I hope they do it and we get to watch trump twist himself into logical pretzels trying to fight it and the NY fraud case.

Considering Rush Limbaugh’s Palm Beach oceanfront home sold for 155 million, I think its aafe to say that Mar-A-Lago is worth many times that.

Newsflash- a property’s tax asseseed value (Mar A Lago 30+ million) and market value are 2 conpletely dofferent things.
And if Palm Beach County did that (imcreased the tax assessed value from 30+ million to a billion) they would have to raise the assessed rate around 30x on every property in Palm Beach, because you can’t just change the rules for 1 property owner. Then they would have to cut the millage to 1/30th of the current rate. https://www.palmbeachdailynews.com/stor ... 654132002/#

trump purchased the property for roughly $7 million in 1985. If he is a Florida resident, he'd be eligible for the homestead exemption and his home's assessed value could only increase by 3% per year up to more than $20 million. My understanding is that trump has an NY driver's license so I'm not sure he qualifies for the homestead exemption. If true his property's assessed value could increase by up to 10% per year up to more than $200 million.
Is trump eligible for the homestead exemption? If not, has he been defrauding the good people of Palm Beach County by claiming the exemption?

note: the potential assessed values are conservative so BDKKKaren doesn't go all nitpicky and try to make people miss the forest for the trees.

It doesn't show edited if you made the edits and saved them before there was another post. You changed and saved your post while I was typing my response.
4 Years of the homestead exemption would drop the highest possible assessed value to roughly $180 million.

Well then that’s between Trump and Palm Beach Co. What does that have to do with New York?

For the NY trial, I don't know. It probably depends on corporate structure, accounting, etc. At this point it's up to the judge to decide based on expert testimony.
It's completely relevant for the team trump vs everyone thread. Hopefully Palm Beach County takes a deep look into this.

Where is the evidence…..
Now this is too funny
Of the 91 counts so far, which laws have been made up?
Yes…where’s the evidence on Joe?
It's not the laws per se, it's how they're interpreted. For example, in the "fraud" case over Trump properties, there are four requirements that must be met to convict Trump of fraud. They disregarded three and are trying to claim that's all it takes.
Professional appraisers who do this for a living agreed to the values for Trump's properties, but some loon judge knows better.

The judge will decide based on expert testimony. trump’s experts and attorneys will have an opportunity to make their case. Should be a slam dunk if it’s that obvious/easy.

So while the trial continues, Trump is expected to dissolve his businesses due to the judgement of a judge that obviously doesn't understand appraisal?

The banks were paid back + interest. So who exactly is the victim here?

He doesn't care. He glossed over the fact the judge is even allowing a fraud case in which three of the four requirements were dropped. This has never been tried before because it's horse shit. UNIs hatred of Trump is far more powerful than his love of justice.

If his businesses and properties were with so much more than they were reported, the taxpayers were defrauded.
