True for UIW, I think, but not the rest. USD beat NDSU, but the rest of their resume tells us little (and NDSU still has 2 good wins). SIU didn't just lose to Youngstown, they got stomped, so that qualifies as a bad loss.

That’s fair but you can say the same thing regarding USD about most of the subdivision. SIU has a very high SoS and an FBS win. I’m willing to throw out a single game performance. Especially one with bad weather and key injuries for the Salukis.

I prioritize schedule strength very high.

USD hasn't lost to a FCS team. This wasn't a fluke win over NDSU, they were good.
