Biden is a liability. He’s of course supported by the establishment as are his handlers. I still don’t think he’ll be the nominee but the power brokers in the DNC would be a huge obstacle to any others candidates.GannonFan wrote: ↑Thu Oct 12, 2023 11:39 amWell, truth be told, Trump is probably the biggest spoiler of his own campaign. Sure, RFK Jr gives people looking to throw away their vote a place to put it and be recorded, but people who would never vote for Trump, well, were never going to vote for Trump. Doesn't matter who the name is for where they place their vote.UNI88 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 12, 2023 10:00 am The Biggest Spoiler in Donald Trump's Presidential Race to the White House Might Be This Unexpected Candidate
GOP just continues to amaze - Biden could very well be the weakest incumbent President since Carter, and maybe even weaker than that given the age factor on top of everything else, and he could very well be re-elected just simply because Trump is the presumptive GOP candidate. That's really all Biden has to his credit to run on - he's not Trump. And it's likely to be a winning message. If the GOP looked likely to nominate anyone else, and there could be chaos in the Democratic party as they look for a way to dump Biden from the ticket and look for who could possibly replace him on the ticket. But I don't think the GOP is that smart to do it.![]()
Btw…for as often we hear about threats to Democracy from many in the DNC, they certainly aren’t very democratic when it comes to a presidential primary.
