In other news, Arsenal put the smack down on Portsmouth, 4-1. Another undefeated season in the works for the Gunners?

Tottenham Hotspur are looking very strong so far this year. Could they be the team that shakes up the Big 4?

They're mediocre, at best, without Ronnie, Ferdinand and Tevez.UNHWildCats wrote:ENDS SATURDAY. BOOK IT!Grizalltheway wrote:In other news, Arsenal put the smack down on Portsmouth, 4-1. Another undefeated season in the works for the Gunners?

Chelsea stomps Burnley and Tottenham steals one at the end as both teams continue their hot starts to the season.

Re: 09-10 EPL Thread
There wasn't a red card....just a yellow on the Arsenal keeper Almunia which resulted in a penalty kick for Rooney...slycat wrote:Thanks to a horrible red card and an own goal.UNHWildCats wrote: I believe it's booked
But it shouldn't have been called anyways because Rooney had no chance of getting the ball after he scuffed it into the stands...
Fletcher, Foster, Giggs, Carrick and Valencia looked like shit (i seriously think Giggs was hungover or something because he couldn't stop or pass a single ball well. Foster looked scared shitless in goal all day)..
And it's kind of funny that Diaby was the best player on either team...he's the only player that could score a legit goal for ManUre!!

Re: 09-10 EPL Thread
No I didn't, I dont have cable.... but I follow the game tracker on the UK Yahoo site.... in the 95th minute just before it ended they flashed a red card on the tracker about someone kicking a water bottle... I assumed the red card previously mentioned was that, which if it was indeed did not cost Arsenal the match. I guess though from your other post the other person was probably talking about something else in which he mistakenly though a red card was issued.bandl wrote:Of course.
