I haven't been following this whole thread so I'll ask a question that most likely already been answered. Can you kill a wolf if it is on your property or threatening your livestock??

Re: Wolves
Grizz, I think you should be allowed to kill as many wolves as you want...with your bare hands (or teeth). The wolves don't have any weapons other than their claws and their fangs, so why should you? No guns, no bows, no knives, no sticks, just your hands and teeth. It should be a fair fight after all. Have at it!!

Got it. I suppose you don't use tools in your day to day life to make use of your thinker in getting things done? You must have done a lot of work to build that house you live in. We should probably get rid of saws and so forth to accommodate the tree huggers. Did you also kill your last steak with your bare hands?bandl wrote:Grizz, I think you should be allowed to kill as many wolves as you want...with your bare hands (or teeth). No prob....I couldn't believe it got it sent to me by someone not on this site (& not familiar with the recent drama)...forwarded to you & Cleets in jest (don't expect anyone from MT to sign and can understand why)...didn't send to Grizza & Wedgie due to their sensitivity regarding the issue...although if Grizza ain't careful, he may end up receiving a Defenders of Wildlife t-shirt in the mail with some moonshine.....Ursus A. What made it funny to me was me explaining that there was no way in hell was signing a save the wolf petition and you having to let me in on the ruse after the fact.

I didn't build my house. But then again, if I did none of the tools or supplies I may have used came from killing an animal (except for anything leather bound). I've never killed a steak (or a cow, for that matter). But is Grizzy eating the wolves that he is so adament about killing?Ursus A. Horribilis wrote:Got it. First of all, I have no desire to be on either one's shitlist. Grizz should know that I am just giving him shit...it goes way back to AGS. We've been doing it for years.
Second of all, I don't know a damn thing about wolves. Never have, never will and never care to! These guys know much more about the subject than I do. I honestly don't even have an opinion on the matter.

Re: Wolves
My point was more about the "fair fight" thing you were edging at there. Not exactly a fair fight between you and the Steak, or you (contractor by proxy) and the trees used to build it. Is Grizza gonna eat the wolves he kills...I would guess he will. Anything he ain't eating personally will probably donated to those that want some. I would assume some wolf jerky is yours for the asking. I'm just saying that if we're using that line of logic shouldn't we stick to it in all aspects of man in nature. I mean hell, I ain't gonna lie to ya, I've made use of mouse traps and I sure as the hell wasn't eating those fuckers either. Ever done anything like that?bandl wrote:I didn't build my house.
