There's a Democratic member of the Congress (from PA, I think) who's been trying to get that repealed every session, regardless of who the sitting President is or what party he's in, since the Reagan Administration, and it's failed every time. If Trump wins in 2024, he's NOT going to be on the ballot in 2028. Simple as that....
