Experience is finally showing this round. Wolves, OKC, even in the East, the youth movement is hitting a wall. It is not that the youth are not good enough, but there are other factors that show the difference between the regular season and the playoffs. Most teams would have been rattled losing the first two at home, but the Nuggets stayed true to what has worked for them in the past, while it seemed the Wolves tried to go through the motions in Game 3 and then tried to recover in Game 4. I think the Wolves get Game 6 (look for a role player to have a big game, like maybe Kyle Anderson) then the Nuggets win big in Game 7.
Experience, coaching and players, played a huge part after game 2.

The role players for the Wolves disappeared. Series had a chance to be over with a 3-1 or 3-2 Wolves lead with the way Ant is playing but Jokic did what he does and guys like Kyle Anderson shit the bed. I don't remember if it was game 4 or 5 but Ant played 45:20 had 44 Points 5 Rebounds 5 Assists. The Wolves won those minutes by 5 points. He was on the bench for 2:40 and the wolves lost 160 seconds by 13 points.

Kyle Anderson should never play in a Wolves uniform again after this year. I, like many, was hoping he'd have been shipped out at the deadline but it didn't happen. Going into last night he was -54 on the series.

Kyle Anderson is the type of player that people get excited at what he COULD bring, then are disappointed at what he DOES bring. Jusuf Nurkic is another.

Kind of evens out with Anderson. Makes some dumb plays, can't shoot, but he does come up with some good defensive plays and a key basket when you least expect it. Also the Ant whisperer, along with Conley.

Stop it, the process was ended by the NBA when they intervened, kicked out Hinkie, and installed Brian "burner phone" Colangelo, because his daddy knew people. Picked Fultz as one of his better decisions (i.e. he made no good decisions). KAT's lucky in that he has better seats than the rest of us to watch Edwards play. Hopefully Edwards doesn't hurt his back carrying KAT all this way. Time will tell.

If anyone/fanbase knows what it's like to have a star player unable to play because they are hurt it's Philly and Embiid

Also, I was referring to Minnesota's process that Time Connley has been building.

and if I really wanted to troll I'd just point out:

Embiid was drafted in 2014

Pascal Siakam was studying to be a priest in 2012. He then found basketball, was drafted in 2016, won a G League FMVP, moved to an NBA role player, won most improved, made his first conference finals, won a title, made an all-star team, made an all-NBA team, got traded, and got back to the conference finals and hit 30 all before Embiid went to his first conference final

Actually, Siakam gave up studying for the priesthood in 2009 at the age of 15. By 2012, he had been mentored by Luc Mbah a Moute, was finishing up at a tech school in Texas and beginning to enroll on a basketball scholarship to New Mexico State.
