Well, other people would still use it and it would still impact the global market for oil. And people do have things called planes and other modes of transportation so it's not like we can physically contain and isolate the Middle East from interacting with the rest of the world. And besides, fracking is bad, using our oil is bad, etc.
And other people could deal with the mid-east issues and we would save a lot of money on our military presence abroad.
Too late, politicians don’t go out of business when they’re wrong and wrong the get right

It's more than just oil and who else exactly is going to deal with this? There aren't many countries in the world with the ability to project military force past their own borders. And it's not like we only have forward deployed troops in the Middle East either. Just like kalmie has this weird economic symmetry with Trump and his ideas, you're starting to sound way too close to that Majorie Green person when it comes to foreign policy. Politics is funny that way.

Joe Biden in 2019 when asked about cutting off military aid to Israel.

"The idea that we would cut off military aid to an ally, our only true, true ally in the entire region, is absolutely preposterous. It's just beyond my comprehension anyone would do that."

I wasted my line on Klamala, so I'll repurpose it here. Jane, you ignorant slut. F16s won't do much and if they do, not for long. Too much maintenance and not enough techs to do the work.

Other than a huge increase in work, which honestly is kind of fun, no. F16's simply require more maintenance than Ukraine can provide.

Joey Rotten never disappoints …

US President Biden accidentally introduces Ukraine President Zelenskyy as Russian President Putin in his NATO speech
7/11/2024

Joe Biden, speaking to reporters at the Nato summit just now, mistakenly referred to Ukraine's president, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, as “President Putin”. Biden quickly realised his mistake and corrected himself. Zelenskiy joked: I'm better.

Russia is a terrorist state.
But they’re the good guys right? Why else would Trump welcome Orban to Mar a Lago and proclaim they’ve worked out a peace deal after Orban met with Putin Last week?

— CNN

US intelligence discovered earlier this year that the Russian government planned to assassinate the chief executive of a powerful German arms manufacturer that has been producing artillery shells and military vehicles for Ukraine, according to five US and western officials familiar with the episode.

The plot was one of a series of Russian plans to assassinate defense industry executives across Europe who were supporting Ukraine’s war effort, these sources said. The plan to kill Armin Papperger, a white-haired goliath who has led the German manufacturing charge in support of Kyiv, was the most mature.

When the Americans learned of the effort, they informed Germany, whose security services were then able to protect Papperger and foil the plot. A high-level German government official confirmed that Berlin was warned about the plot by the US.

For more than six months, Russia has been carrying out a sabotage campaign across Europe, largely by proxy. It has recruited local amateurs for everything from arson attacks on warehouses linked to arms for Ukraine to petty acts of vandalism — all designed to stymie the flow of weapons from the West to Ukraine and blunt public support for Kyiv.

But the intelligence suggesting that Russia was willing to assassinate private citizens underlined to Western officials just how far Moscow was willing to go in a parallel shadow war it is waging across the west.

CNN. Isn't CNN the same media that had to pay big money for lying about Covington Catholic, and also the same media that lied about Joey Rotten for four years.

Who from US Intelligence gave CNN that scoop? Who's on record?

Yes, most trusted source in news.

When will you learn?

Let's give it a little time and see if this story has legs. Maybe you and kalm need a signature bet.

CNN lies more than any propaganda company. The fact they have been attacking Trump for 6 years and protecting Biden when he's mentally ill is criminal. The FCC should revoke their license, America doesn't need their propaganda
