I feel sorry for that guy being used like he is. What his wife is doing is criminal. Actually its worse than that but she has to keep her "business" running with or without the big guy

This is awesome, the left is going to screw every voter on their side with a last second change and they will lap it up. Thank god there are grownups about to be in charge and kick this circus to another country.

Hearing that Schumer and Jeffries are also going to call for him to drop out. For the first time since the debate I think Biden is toast.

Then you have the Kamala Harris conundrum. That's a big problem. Well, that's what happens when the oldest president elect does stupid tokenism with his VP pick.

Comparing trump to Hitler is bad/unfair but comparing jill to Hitler is okay?

Uh? How what works? How you think it's okay to compare people you disagree with to Hitler but get your panties in a bunch if someone compares people you support to Hitler?

I'm not making excuses for trump or jill (or biden).

trump treated Vera Coking oh so well. Good thing she had the backbone and self-esteem to stand up to him.

That's the thing about trump - he has a long history of saying and doing despicable things so there is very little that you can accuse a Democrat of that trump can't be accused of. You can defend/deflect it as tDS, fake news or nitpick at minute details but the comparisons are valid.

Question for the violence peddlers.

What are the democrats gonna do about Biden when he drops out? Harris will pick Josh Shapiro as VP but Biden is locked on the ballot in Nevada, Wisconsin and soon to be Georgia. Do they really think that hotdog wrangler can win without those states or are they happy to see her lose so she goes away?

All those preprinted mail in ballots will have to be redone. Plenty of overtime available.

‘That poor son of a bitch.’
Biden, who was then in his early 50s. I’d interviewed him a few times before, but certainly not enough to expect him to lower his guard. We chatted about President Bill Clinton’s speech. And then the topic turned to Biden’s ambition to become chair of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. The then-holder of that office, Claiborne Pell, was in his late 70s and showing signs of the Parkinson’s disease that he’d later disclose.

I asked Biden if given Pell’s diminished capacity, he’d make a move to replace him. “That poor son of a bitch,” Biden replied. Pell was no longer up for the job, he told me, but like so many of his elderly colleagues, Pell couldn’t imagine a life outside Congress.

I was stunned by Biden’s comments. Not by his analysis of Pell, which was spot on. But what surprised me was Biden’s casual willingness to share candid thoughts with a reporter whom he didn’t know well and had no reason to trust. It was the type of indiscretion that has followed Biden to this day. In this case, it didn’t do any harm. I had no intention of writing about Pell. But it’s not every day a senator refers to a colleague with that kind of language, so the moment stayed with me...
