Hunter was convinced for owning a gun while being a user of drugs - including weed. In 2018 he filled out ATF 4473. Question 21(F) said "Are you the unlawful user or addicted to marijuana or other controlled substances?"

He answered "No".

But in the trial the prosecution proved beyond a reasonable doubt that the was a drug user at the time he purchased the fire arm.

Now, there is a large number of people that believe this question on the form violates the 2nd and 5th amendments. If 3 days before someone goes to a gun shop they smoked a bowl does that make them addicted/or a user? At the time of the purchase you are no longer under the influence of it.

This could be a slipper slope - just like we have been told about going after Trump.

Think of all the other famous weed smokers that own and openly use weapons: Joe Rogan, Miley Cyrus, Willie Nelson, Matthew McConaughey, a stunningly massive number of gun owners really.

If Hunter Biden can be conflicted of multiple felonies and potentially go to jail, what's to stop any gun owner from having the same happen to them?
