I don’t go into either often but last time (maybe July) there was nothing unusual that was under lock and key. Business as usual in Everytown, USA, Spokane.

1) Are people bitching about the last 16 years or are they bitching about the last 4 1/2? The wheels fell of the bus in March of 2020 and neither trump or biden were up to the task of putting them back on.
2) The performance of the biden administration has been abysmal. In any other election following 3+ years like we've just experienced, the challenger would be crushing the President/VP. Spokane, with the recent growth and influx of west siders is strong blue. The entire city council and mayor, solidly left. Pullman is the same way.
I live in nearby Cheney. Also blue but too small to have a chain pharmacy (which is a good thing). Main pharmacy in town is Owl Drug which has been around since at least the 50’s. Our family has been friends with both owners. Caught one of my very first rainbows fly fishing when I was a kid, right off of Ted and Hannah’s front lawn. Went to school with the current owner’s daughters and gave lessons to one of their grand kids.
