Don't blame me for your inability to frame a question properly. I'm starting to understand why you don't like teachers.

To answer your question, it would be great if trump were to pay down the entire national debt. I would be ecstatic and thankful.

The part you want to avoid by saying "no spin" is that trump doesn't have anywhere near enough money. Neither does eloon muck.

Once again, I answer MAQA yahoo questions while they duck and dodge most of mine.

Now can we get back to discussing the wonders the realistic results of trump Making America Qreat Aqain by spooking the stock market and horrible job cuts?

UNI88 wrote: Thu Mar 06, 2025 11:51 am Opinion - Trump may have already planted the seeds of his political collapse
Over the last six weeks, President Trump has been spending political capital like a drunk at a casino who insists he’s got “a system.” If history is any predictor, his second term trajectory may already be set — right off a cliff, pedal to the floor.

Too soon to say that? Consider former President Joe Biden, who, in his first weeks in office, reversed Trump’s border policies and unleashed another flood of pandemic relief cash. These moves ultimately helped create his two biggest political headaches: a migrant crisis and runaway inflation so bad that even Dollar Tree had to raise its prices.

Then Biden made it worse by shrugging the problems off. Immigration, his administration argued, was “cyclical,” and inflation was merely “transitory.” Neither explanation turned out to be accurate. His approval ratings tanked immediately upon his disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal and never recovered.

Now it’s Trump’s turn to step on a rake. His approval ratings just went underwater, meaning he hit this particular milestone even faster than Biden. According to a new Ipsos poll, three in five Americans think the cost of living — you know, the issue that likely won Trump the 2024 election — is “going in the wrong direction.”

As you might recall, Trump promised to bring down food prices on day one. Well, here we are, and Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins is telling the public to deal with high egg prices by raising their own chickens.

WRONG.

Using the link you provided: biden had a 55.3% approve and 39.3% disapprove on March 5, 2021 compared to trump's 48.8% approve and 47.7% disapprove on March 5, 2025. biden made it to mid August 2021 before his numbers hit where trump is already at.

Has trump lowered prices as promised? He's only 44 days late and counting.

First, one thing the author said that you disagree with doesn't invalidate the entire article no matter how many times you try and use that approach.

Second, is he underwater in the Reuters/IPSOS poll (you know the one the author actually referenced)? If yes, then not FAKE NEWS.

Image

What does it mean when there's more red than green on that chart?

But you be you and keep reaching and flailing attempting to defend/deflect attention from trump's sinking approval ratings.

You need to go back to the MAQA yahoo echo chambers where you get instructions/suggestions for responding to criticism/mockery of trump and look for better stuff.

I specifically bolded that 1 thing in my response as that 1 thing that was FAKE NEWS. I didn’t say the whole article was.

The author didn’t reference that IPSOS poll when he said Trump was under water. He said
His approval ratings just went underwater,
The author DIDN’T say along the lines of:
According to a just released Reuters/Ipso poll, his approval ratings just went underwater,
He only mentioned the IPSOS poll in regards to cost of living. He gave no indication (based on the portion of the piece you quoted) that he also used that poll to state Trump was underwater.

There are multiple polls out around the same period saying Trump ISN’T under water. If an author is going to state as blanket fact something that is stated in a poll of which there are multiple polls stating the opposite, he should mention the poll he’s referencing in the same sentence with his statement.

Don't be obtuse. The author literally stated that "His approval ratings just went underwater" in one sentence and "According to a new Ipsos poll" in the next sentence. A reasonable person would infer that the author was referring to the Ipsos poll.

Your own link to RCP shows trump's average approval ratings are dropping. He started with a 51.5% approve and 43.0% disapprove (8.5 spread) and now he's at 48.9% approve and 47.5% disapprove (1.4 spread)

Tell me again how his approval ratings aren't dropping?

Well if that’s even true, It’s certainly a good move to close up the Department of Education because there’s a lot of robots voting. Biden was half gone back in 2020 and anyone with marijuana free eyes could of seen it
