Various government safety net programs have literally and sometimes dramatically lowered the poverty rate.

In general, on a world wide basis, the country’s with the highest standards of living and economic stability have the strongest government social programs.

Go ahead and list where Sowell’s economic vision has done the same. Lowered poverty rates on a large scale, reduced the wealth gap, created stability. Are there as many examples as there are on the left?
