Yes. But since he has a well known and visible history of inappropriate (see Stern Show Trump interview in his own words about beauty pageants that’s been floating around) or his past as a sexual predator he’s highly suspect.

That shouldn’t matter. It’s also why you’re supposed to have an independent DOJ, congressional oversight, a politically neutral court system, or appoint a special prosecutor.

But again, if you’re being falsely accused, releasing the files helps your cause more than finger pointing and making shit up about your critics.
