Wrong. I was 100% correct about the article in your OP being Fake News headlines. The only link in your OP is the USA TODAY article quoting the head of the National Sheriff‘s Association who was the only one IN THAT ARTICLE claiming that sheriff‘s are furious, but not a single current Sheriff was quoted IN THAT ARTICLE. But THAT ARTICLE bolded and stated throughout THAT ARTICLE that LOCAL sheriff‘s are furious, but included no statement of how many LOCAL sheriffs were polled, or spoken to, if any at all.

Yes, the article only quoted the head of the sheriff's association and not other sheriffs and you jumped on it as a way to disprove/distract from the reality that ICE was pissing off local sheriffs, many of them allies of the cause. You were too lazy to do a simple 5 second search and see if there were actual local sheriffs who weren't happy, which there obviously are.

Bottom line: ICE is pissing off local sheriffs by attempting to recruit their deputies away from them.
