I know, its so fun to watch them flail. They remind me of the zombies on The Walking Dead, not the ones that actually get in frame and are at the front by the fence but the ones in the back, a block or two away, completely out of focus and only there for ambiance.

Dubai is increasingly integrating XRP (XRP) technology into its financial sector, particularly for real estate tokenization and virtual asset services, through a partnership with Ripple, the company behind XRP. Dubai's financial regulator has approved Ripple's stablecoin, RLUSD, and the use of the XRP Ledger (XRPL) for issuing tokenized property deeds. This move aligns with Dubai's broader strategy to adopt blockchain for modernizing traditional industries.

Dubai is tokenizing real estate on the XRP Ledger through the Dubai Land Department's Prypco Mint platform, in partnership with Ctrl Alt and Ripple. This initiative allows for fractional ownership of properties, increasing market transparency, liquidity, and accessibility for investors worldwide by enabling them to purchase portions of buildings starting from around 2,000 dirhams (approximately $550).

If you're really interested in the subject check out Neal Stephenson's classic from the 80s, Cryptonomicon - might be a little dense for you or Bobscat on the technical side but there is a submarine full of Nazi gold and codebreaking and data havens and the guy is just a great storyteller

Once again Kkkalm just doesn't listen. Meme coins are garbage and the people that gave Trump money buying his deserve to lose their $$$ Its stupid. Do not buy meme coins its stupid.

Buy altcoins that are going to reshape finance. Wallstreet 2.0. You are buying technology, security and speed. There is a reason every country in the world is creating their own altcoins backed by their currency. Ripple has RLUSD backed by the dollar, RLYEN, RLEURO etc

What did you think it was? When you cash out of bitcoin (which you shouldn't do) you get whatever currency you convert it too. Dollars, Euros etc

Yes, that's been my point all along. It's just money. And when it's pegged to a currency (like to dollars) then it's just dollars. But again, just money.

Stablecoins: These are digital tokens pegged to the value of a stable asset, like the US dollar. By using a stablecoin on a blockchain, banks can convert traditional currency to digital form, transfer it globally in minutes, and have the recipient bank convert it back to fiat. The stablecoins are often backed by audited reserves, and the entire transaction is cheaper and faster than a conventional wire transfer.

Tokenized bank deposits: Some institutions are creating their own digital tokens that represent a customer's real-world deposit. This allows for real-time payments and settlements between institutions on a private blockchain. For example, JPMorgan's JPM Coin enables instant interbank transfers for its corporate clients

Wholesale Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs): Central banks, such as the Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank, are exploring and piloting wholesale CBDCs for high-value transactions between financial institutions. These are digital versions of a nation's currency that can be settled on a central bank's digital ledger, offering maximum speed and security for interbank payments

Ripple and similar blockchain networks: Fintech companies like Ripple offer blockchain-based solutions to facilitate interbank transfers. Ripple's technology allows banks and payment providers to settle transactions in real-time. In some cases, its native token, XRP, can be used as a "bridge currency" to provide on-demand liquidity and bypass the need for pre-funded accounts in different currencies.

Trump Media just acquired 684 million CRO$CRO (about $105M) from cryptodotcom to create a Cronos Treasury. The idea is to use it to support the Cronos blockchain and explore new ways to integrate crypto into media and social platforms.

Cronos was at 8 cents yesterday and jumped to 28 cents after the announcement of this deal with crypto.com

I wish I had more than the 20k Cronos tokens (6 cent avg) I've had for 5 years. Not a bad morning though
