Hmmm…something tells me you are either unaware of his past statements or you don’t understand what a troll is.
Troll is someone on a keyboard

Kirk was front and center center promoting open dialogue

This should be elementary
That’s why the qualifier “on-line” troll is often used. :coffee: And it’s not as if he didn’t do it through twitter and other platforms.

But you can call the behavior of publicly and intentionally insulting and shocking opposing viewpoints, POC’s, women, LGBTQ whatever you you’d like.

Or, if you actually think he was sincere, perhaps we should just chalk it up to being a shitty person.

The ugly aftermath of Charlie Kirk’s assassination: It didn’t use to be like this
But six days after the attacks, then-President George W. Bush delivered an address wholly devoted to reining in the anti-Muslim fervor: the “Islam is peace” speech.

Speaking at the Islamic Center of Washington, DC, Bush said the “face of terror is not the true faith of Islam” and that intimidation of Muslims “will not stand in America.”

Anti-Muslim sentiment didn’t disappear, but it clearly ebbed. Subsequent Post-ABC polls showed the percentage of Americans who said they would be “more suspicious” of Arabs dropped from 43% shortly after 9/11 to 38% a month later to 31% in December 2001.

Similarly, the 2015 massacre by a White supremacist at a Black church in Charleston, South Carolina, spurred a real and legitimate debate about racial animus in America.

Then-President Barack Obama didn’t ignore the role of racism, but he also emphasized unity and grace – and how even the families of the victims had expressed forgiveness.

“The alleged killer could not imagine how the city of Charleston … how the state of South Carolina, how the United States of America would respond – not merely with revulsion at his evil act, but with big-hearted generosity and, more importantly, with a thoughtful introspection and self-examination that we so rarely see in public life,” Obama said in delivering a eulogy for a slain reverend.

The result was a previously unthinkable bipartisan effort by South Carolina politicians to remove the Confederate flag from the state capitol. Polls showed the vast majority of Black Americans agreed with the move on the flag, and so did a majority of White Americans.
...
“Rather than pointing fingers or assigning blame, let’s use this occasion to expand our moral imaginations,” Obama said, “to listen to each other more carefully, to sharpen our instincts for empathy and remind ourselves of all the ways that our hopes and dreams are bound together.”
...
And the initial 24 hours after Kirk’s death have been a far cry from the more cautious and somber aftermaths of each of these tragedies. Political figures are much more eager to jump to conclusions now and to fight over the political framing.

Trump and GOP allies on Wednesday quickly blamed the political left, even as we had no idea who had done this or what their politics might have been.

(The rush to make judgments was similar after the Pelosi attack, the Trump assassination attempts, the shootings of Minnesota lawmakers in June, and last month’s shooting at a Catholic school in Minneapolis.)
I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for trump to use this tragedy has an opportunity to condemn all political violence and to try and bring this country together like a real leader would.

You cry about Christians being the arbiters of morality, but you do the exact same thing, except on a scale you have invented.

You are a moralizing Karen. :kisswink:

You sure about that…..”Karen”?

You make “moralizing” sound like a bad thing. All that hey, let others be, practice kindness, violence is wrong, treat all people with grace, be they POC, LGBTQ, female, Muslim, Mexican, or just plain old white bread like me?

I love the irony of you moralizing by criticizing kalm for moralizing when he criticizes moralizing by Christians.

Boy, you're going to be disappointed.
Just like with the leftist trans terrorist in Minneapolis, he‘s desperately trying to come up something to indicate that this guy who became radicalized in leftist ANTIFA ideology isn‘t on his side.

Proof?

Friends say Minnesota shooting suspect was deeply religious and conservative
Friends and former colleagues interviewed by AP described Boelter as a devout Christian who attended an evangelical church and went to campaign rallies for President Donald Trump. Records show Boelter registered to vote as a Republican while living in Oklahoma in 2004 before moving to Minnesota where voters don’t list party affiliation.

Who's "desperately trying to come up something to indicate that this guy who became radicalized in rightist, Christo-fascist ideology isn‘t on his side."

And saying someone was "radicalized in leftist ANTIFA ideology" is okay but calling someone a fascist isn't? Tell me you're a beta cuck who can dish it out but not take it without telling me you're a a beta cuck who can dish it out but not take it.

My side? I’m not sure what you’re fantasizing “my side” to be but it isn’t political violence and I view transsexualism the same I view anyone’s gender identity or sexual persuasion incuding LGBTQ and straight people.

I don’t care.

Like I said in the post Baldy replied to, “likely isn’t trans”.
IOW’s I don’t know and even if he were trans or one of his three roommates is, that still wouldn’t change my views. I’ll sit back and wait for some trustworthy reporting and see. It’s all still unconfirmed.

Speaking of which…

WASHINGTON — Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin Tyler Robinson was living with a transgender partner who was in the process of transitioning from male to female, a law enforcement source confirmed to The Post Saturday.

That individual, who has yet to be publicly identified by the authorities, is now fully cooperating with the FBI on its investigation into the fatal shooting of the conservative activist, the source added. The relationship was first reported by Fox News’ Brooke Singman.

According to public records, Lance Twiggs, 22, resided at the same address where Robinson lived. A relative of Twiggs confirmed to The Post Saturday that “yes, they were roommates.”
