Hamas is bad, so starving and killing a bunch of Palestinian kids, doctors, journalists, and aid workers isn’t a genocide.

Should we discuss the direct quotes of people like Ben-Gvir? Or list all of the Israeli war crimes?

While it's pretty clear that Israel has committed atrocities against the Palestinian people, it is fair to debate whether those atrocities have risen to the level of genocide or not.

It’s certainly debatable. Baldy apparently is offended by my opinion but has trouble backing it up.

Section 1091 of Title 18, United States Code, prohibits genocide whether committed in time of peace or time of war. Genocide is defined in § 1091 and includes violent attacks with the specific intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group. There is Federal jurisdiction if the offense is committed within the United States. There is also Federal extraterritorial jurisdiction when the offender is a national of the United States.

This is a hypothetical situation so "biden couldn't have done such a thing" is not an answer. It's either yes, I could or no, I couldn't and yes, trump could or no, trump, couldn't.

Hamas is the only "army" in the world that takes off their uniforms when the fighting starts and puts them back on again when the fighting stops. They willingly use civilians as human shields by firing rockets, artillery, and mortars from highly populated civilian areas. They purposely store their weapons inside and under hospitals, schools, and other civilian infrastructure.
