The plaque wasn't completed until 2023 which puts the onus squarely on mccarthy and Jar Jar johnson.

So the donk controlled Congress passed the law on March 15, 2022. It literally takes someone a couple of weeks to order and have a plaque delivered. Sure as heck doesn’t take 10+ months.

So the donk controlled Congress ordered it not to be delivered until 2023, knowing conks likely would take over the House January 2023, and wouldn’t want to hang it, so the donks could blame conks. Got it. So that puts the onus squarely on Plastic Pelosi.

If it were only that simple. I believe that Congressional leaders worked with the Capitol Police Board and families of fallen officers to determine the form of the memorial and that any plaque placed in the Capitol complex must be approved by the Architect of the Capitol and reviewed by the House and Senate committees on administration. Plus I'm not sure that's a simple order off the shelf plaque. It looks like it might have been cast.
