'Largest bust this century' eliminates illegal drug epicenter in Philadelphia

The FBI and federal prosecutors on Friday announced a "historic" indictment charging 33 alleged members of the Weymouth Street Drug Trafficking Organization accused of fueling Kensington’s open-air drug market for nearly a decade.

Officials said 24 defendants were arrested in coordinated operations Friday, eight were already in custody, and one remains at large. Authorities executed 11 federal search warrants, and results are pending.

At a Philadelphia news conference, FBI Director Kash Patel called the operation a model for reclaiming violent corridors from crews, praising years of collaboration between the FBI, Philadelphia Police Department and the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

"Today, even more criminals are off the streets because of the diligent work of the FBI and our partners," FBI Director Kash Patel told Fox News Digital in an exclusive statement.

"Over 30 people have been charged for their alleged role in drug trafficking and dozens of other offenses. These individuals were charged with distributing fentanyl, heroin, and cocaine on one of the most prolific drug blocks in Philadelphia. They were members of a violent drug trafficking organization and used violence to enforce their territory and sell drugs that poison our city streets and community. The FBI will continue our work to put an end to drug trafficking and violence in our cities.“..

Yeah! It’s only gone up a little for the past 6 months.

I guess we’re no longer under the Biden economy.

Supporting Argentina is much bigger than just supporting Argentina

We definitely need allies in South America, considering the radicals in Colombia and Venezuela and others

Yet? We’ve been under attack since Reagan left office

How many people have Colombian and Venezuelan drug trafficking organizations killed in the United States of America?

The 80s saw a very heavy presence in the Caribbean to stop the flow of drugs, the Coast Guard cannot do this alone. The Navy was all over the Caribbean assisting back under Reagan.

The demand side needs to be addressed

Lack of family values and lack of fathers

Trump is doing it with ICE, removing the criminals and the drug dealers every day, and the liberals fight him at every turn

The drug dealers are protected by soft on crime policies that has proliferated into the Democratic blue cities

But yes, we do supply demand

I agree, but where are the court cases once cases like this (American citizen, arrested without cause, not read rights, kept away without due process) once these folks do get released? I know there's been several who were released after these, the court cases should be simple to draw up. That's what will deter these from continue to happen. Social media posts just get people fired up with no legitimate way to fix the issue.

Lol how do you know he is
-a USC if he is unnamed?
-wasn’t obstructing ICE?
-wasn’t attacking ICE?
-how do you know there were no charges?
-how do you know there was no due process?
That’s just some claims from some random leftist qAnon on X.
I can post endless videos of lib agitators (mostly USC) interfering with ICE ops and sometimes flat out attacking them. Guess what? ICE can lawfully arrest those people. They aren’t limited to arresting for immigration violations.

You could be right in this case. But it doesn’t apply to ALL similar video clips. That’s the point.

Your last sentence is a big part of the problem. ICE is a big problem for all freedom loving supporters of the constitution.

But yeah…keep on backing those guys.

Yeah, being able to arrest people who are obstructing their operations and in some cases attacking them is a problem. :dunce:

Newsflash: Any of the alphabet soup of Fed agencies can arrest people who obstruct their operations and/or attacking them.

Just like ICE agents can "arrest people who are obstructing their operations and in some cases attacking them", ICE agents should be held accountable when they use excessive force, deny due process, follow court orders, etc. We've seen plenty of examples where it appears that that isn't happening. Don't want to be called fascists, then apply FAFO to federal LEOs who cross the line.

And it isn't just about immigration law being enforced. The trump regime, is changing people's status and then detaining and deporting them. They were legal and then suddenly they're not. The majority of the American people support going after the "worst of the worst". I don't think they support separating husbands from wives or children from parents or going after construction workers, hair stylists, Uber drivers, and others who are in the process of becoming legal.

That isn't what the moderates/independents who swung the election to trump voted for and them voting against Republicans are why he's pushing for mid-term redistricting and trying to "steal" the 2026 election.

In 2024 Trump campaigned on mass deportations. 2024 polls showed a majority supported mass deportation. That is anyone here without legal status. That’s what Trump was elected on. How long they have been living in the US, or where they have been working illegally, or whether they got married and/or had anchor babies has nothing to do with it.

Newsflash: The overwhelming majority of illegals aren’t in the process of becoming legal.

The conks are just trying to catch up with the donks on the gerrymandering. Nationwide the donks are still in the lead. This is on top the incorrect 2020 Cenus which resulted in more blue state seats/less red state (lawsuit recently filed which will make it SCOTUS). This is on top of counting illegals for apportionment for congressional seats which results in even more blue seats.

After your side criticizing Trump & Republicans for complaining about the Donks trying to steal elections, ie you’re going to complain about conks trying to steal elections.
