What is your odd obsession with gay sex?

Regardless your hang ups, the family got a notice to appear in court, that is on record in PACER that their asylum was denied and they needed to leave. Follow that up with a 2017 meeting that told them the same. If the family moved, they also didn't follow the law by letting the government know where to send communication, but that isn't being said. Lastly, they didn't bother to come through a port of entry like required, but hopped the border. That's a lot of breaking the law.

The judge is pulling the usual. Girl is gone, but I'm going to stamp my feet and show my TDS.
You're the one who is obsessed with my ass.

The judge's ruling seems pretty reasonable and also temporary (i.e. keep her here while we sort this out). The government simply has to make their case in court, win and then they can deport. The were either impatient or they were worried they didn't have a strong enough case to win. If the judge's verdict doesn't go their way they can appeal. That is the role of the judiciary and how the legal process works.

The government doesn't get to ignore the judge's ruling because they don't like it, disagree with it, or think the judge has tDS.
Biden ignored the Supreme Court on college loans. Why should anyone else follow the rules?

As a child. Also…drug trafficker. That little part you’re ignoring. If we use Trump’s math he’s probably killed 1.2 billion Americans by now.
Yes, as a child. You read correctly.
Glad you acknowledge that.

Now…reconcile the pardon of one of the most prolific drug traffickers in history with what’s happening in Venezuela. A country who’s responsible for what? Maybe 1% of the drugs entering the U.S., none of which is fentanyl btw.

So a girl who's parents ignored a court date and/or didn't notify officials per law their location should get to stay because of some prolific drug guy? Wut

Yes. The fact the family did not come through a port of entry, have a PACER record a summons was sent to their address, and if they weren't there, they did not fill out the forms in a lawful manner.

What else is there? Like I said, parents broke the law and now the daughter is paying. It's despicable you go after everyone but the two people that caused this, her parents.

Care to back that up with proof using actual legal analysis not biased bullshit that you pulled from a MAQA yahoo echo chamber?

It's also more "they did it first" excuses! Didn't you MAQA yahoos say that the adults would be in charge when trump took office? We're 10+ months in, when do they start?

Looks like you’re not quite cerebral enough to remember the debate started with a comparison between one Honduran girl being deported vs. one Honduran drug kingpin being pardoned.

For shame… :ohno:

1%.

Can you account for the other 99%

Colombia is responsible for close to 90%, meaning those drugs originate in Colombia but most off it is actually loaded on the boats in Venezuela now

By god, you are so pristine in your dumbness

So you have nothing:
- You can't back it up with actual legal analysis.
- You're embarrassed about being called out for using child excuses after all the talk about the adults finally being in charge.

You resort to name calling and/or logical fallacies when you have nothing. It's your MO.

Powerful rebuke of Biden.

So what did he do after this. He simply changed the loan terms to STILL forgive debt he wasn't supposed to.

I asked ChatGPT if "Biden ignored the Supreme Court on college loans"? Here is what it said (along with the sources):
In June 2023, the Supreme Court issued a 6–3 decision invalidating Biden’s proposed plan to forgive up to $20,000 in federal student debt per borrower. The Court found that under the existing law (the 2003 Heroes Act) the administration lacked authority to enact such sweeping cancellation.
- The Guardian, CBS News

After the ruling, Biden publicly acknowledged the decision, said he thought the Court was “wrong,” but accepted its decision. He said his administration would seek a new “path” to debt relief under a different law.
- CNBC, The White House

The administration did not re-implement the identical plan that SCOTUS struck down. That means they did not defy a direct Supreme Court order.

After the ruling, the administration pivoted to alternative measures: using existing statutory authorities (e.g. other loan-relief, income-driven repayment, loan forgiveness under targeted programs) in an attempt to deliver relief.
- CBS News, Newsweek

Some of those efforts were challenged in court too, which has led critics to argue the administration is skating close to the boundaries or trying to circumvent the spirit of the ruling.
- Newsweek

Escape From New York isn’t just the title of a 1981 pulp classic starring Kurt Russell. It’s what Westchester County and Florida realtors told the world (including Fortune) about what would happen if Gotham elected a socialist mayor. But it’s time for a sequel with a different title.

In the aftermath of much well-heeled panic about a potential mass exodus of New York millionaires and billionaires following the election of Zohran Mamdani, the contrary is already happening, and Manhattan luxury apartment buyers are voting with their wallets.

Signed contracts for Manhattan homes costing $4 million or more rose to 176 in November, a 25% increase from October’s 141 deals, according to fresh data from brokerage Douglas Elliman and appraiser Miller Samuel. New signed contracts of more than $4 million increased at more than twice the rate of the overall market, the report noted.

Biden got slapped down, so he went back and essentially changed the terms of the loans to forgive the debt. Sleazy move.

Good on you for using Chat GPT and especially listing it as your research assistant. I spent the weekend researching unique farming options and came up with what I think is a real winning idea.

The irony of a trump supporter calling something a sleazy move is rich indeed. The sun would probably set before I finished typing up all of trump's sleazy moves.

ChatGPT is great at research. You just have to give it specific prompts. It's also a great editor. It does seem to have issues with accuracy and copyrights if asked to create something from scratch.
