No shit. It's always some bottom of the barrel take on reality.

Just take the L.
I’ll spitball it for you so maybe you’ll understand:
- he created maybe 100K jobs at Tesla, SpaceX, etc.
- he cut approximately 200-300K jobs with doge

Net 100-200K jobs lost.

Exponentially more than AOChe did by chasing Amazon out.

You want to give him credit for both creating jobs and streamlining government but the streamlining cost more jobs than he created. You can’t have it both ways. Sorry, your narrative and/or your math sucks.

You are so out of bed on this awful comparison (false equivalency). You think Musk fired all those shitty government employees?

Tell you what, why don't you throw in some extra income tax payment and put a note on your return stating that you want it to go to those lazy asses.

As long as none of it goes to the lazy ass schlubs working for Boeing. The ones in Washington state are the absolute bottom of the barrel. Those fvcks are more worthless than tits on a bull. They make government workers look like they're from Krypton. ;)

Google AI

Oh and Elon had created hundreds of thousands of jobs that actually produce something. Those dead weight govt jobs cut produce nothing.
Why aren't you counting the indirect impact of the government layoffs on jobs lost? DOGE efforts could pose a meaningful drag on employment

elon isn't even the true founder of Tesla, should he be given credit for every job created at and by Tesla?

I asked ChatGPT - "how many jobs has elon musk created at tesla, spacex, etc. vs how many were cut by doge?" Here's the comparison summary and key takeaways
Comparison Summary
  • Direct jobs created by Musk’s companies (Tesla, SpaceX, xAI, others) ~140,000–150,000+
  • Jobs cut attributable to DOGE actions in federal government ~260,000–280,000+
Key takeaways:
  • Musk’s companies directly employ a substantial workforce (mostly private sector), especially Tesla and SpaceX.
  • The reported DOGE-related federal job cuts are roughly 1.8–2× larger than the total direct jobs Musk’s companies create — at least based on current estimates.
  • Indirect jobs related to Musk’s companies aren’t fully counted in the above figures; if included, they could far exceed direct employment numbers.
I included "Indirect jobs related to Musk’s companies aren’t fully counted in the above figures; if included, they could far exceed direct employment numbers." because I try not to be intellectually dishonest. You should give it a try. :D

If you're going to include them in the Tesla, SpaceX, etc. numbers then you should include them in the government numbers. It needs to be an apples to apples or oranges to oranges comparison not an apples to oranges comparison as you seem to want to do.

If your going to include that then you have to include the fact that the pay & bennies for those Fed govt workers comes from $$$ taken by the govt from the private sector (unless you think the $$$ just comes from magic $$$ trees). That = the private sector having less capital = less private sector jobs.

Conversely less fed employees to pay for = less capital taken from the private sector (again unless you believe the $$$ is coming from magic money trees) = more private sector capital & more private sector jobs.

No. He’s not. He’s got full blown psych issues…malignant narcism, sociopathy, white matter disease, Alzheimer’s…? There’s no denying his authoritarian goals…there are too many examples. His way of governance is not America.

The damage from his actions (legal, political, economic, international relations) will already take decades to repair.

And I hate the establishment too.

They don’t believe these boats are carrying drugs…
The question/issue isn't whether these boats are carry drugs, most of them are. The issues are:

1) What if one of them that we blow up isn't carrying drugs? Then we as a nation have just murdered someone. That is a crime. We should be interdicting them, proving they are carrying drugs and proceeding from there not blowing them up based on the suspicion that they're carrying drugs, no matter how strong.

If you'd actually listened to what Rand Paul said in the "no pathway" tweet they you so notoriously misquoted he stated something like this:
If you go off the coast of Miami, the Coast Guard will be stopping boats today and about 25% of the boats that they stop that they’re suspicious of drugs, there won’t be any drugs on board. So 25% of the time the suspicion is wrong and that’s why we don’t just shoot and blow up boats off of Miami but neither should we be blowing them up off the coast of Venezuela.
I don't care if it's 5%, 10%, or 25%. Destroying one boat and killing those on board if they aren't carrying drugs is murder.

2) If the early September survivors were clinging to wreckage and "out of the fight" it was likely a violation of the USMCJ and Geneva Convention to hit them again. It needs to be investigated. But Whiskeyleaks is more worried about how Senator Kelly wore his medals years ago than leading with the dignity and honor befitting an American officer.

I voted also for Biden in 2020 and don't regret that vote in the least, especially considering the, IMO, impeachable and removable conduct of Trump in the aftermath of that election. Granted, I also assumed that Biden, clearly showing signs of early dementia during what amounted to the campaign in the COVID shortened election cycle, would be the transition guy he pledged to be and would've stepped aside during his first term to let someone else finish his term and run as a pseudo incumbent in 2024. I didn't count on the cadre of people behind Biden that enjoyed running the Presidency with him as a figurehead so much that they actually thought they could "Weekend at Bernie's" in 2024 to a whole second term. But alas, that still doesn't make me regret my vote in 2020 in the least.
