Nothing says I have economic illiteracy like refusing to acknowledge this great Trump economy.
I agree.
-Inflation low
-Interest rates coming down.
-Gas prices at 5 year lows.
-Unemployment low.
-GDP high.
-Markets at/near all time highs.
-Deficit cut in half from year ago thanks to massive tariff revenue and lower spending in some areas (thanks DOGE and BBB).

Taking awhile for Trump to fix the disasterous economy he was handed. Just wait till 2027 when the full effects of DOGE and the BBB start to kick in. Will take another 6 months for the public’s response lag to come aound. By next summer everyone will be talking about the great economy. If it were a donk in office you would be talking about how awesome the economy was.

No, he’s out on the streets, talking to real people about real things unlike the little Dweebs hiding down in mama’s basement with a fake suit and tie profile picture…. You don’t impress anyone wearing a suit and tie when you never leave the house.

Nope, realty doesn't matter. Some schmuck on a message board has stereotyped him as a stereotype and now he is one.

How many times have you stereotyped a Twitter/YouTube/etc. personality, especially a liberal/progressive one, as a stereotype or similar? I'm not just calling myself a schmuck.

Holy fucking shit. About a day ago, a guy named Nick Shirley pulled public records in Minneapolis on Somali child care/home health care businesses that are receiving millions per year, which on the surface looks like fraud.

He visited many of them and of course the businesses were like ghost towns. No kids. No one to get pricing for health care, etc.

Well, every useless Republican twat is now on X decrying how they've been working on this problem or Kash Patel is surging agents to investigate.

Do you see how fucking worthless our government is? Had their thumbs up their asses and only when embarrassed by one guy, now scramble to try and save face.

When did you give a shit about journalism degrees or background? This is a soft ad hominem. Trying to discredit the truth because one guy made a 42 minute video and you had no clue what the hell was happening.

Dude. You post absolute garbage. Your supposed "journalists" are essentially stenographers for whomever they are simping for.

I've nailed you before on your belief that only the NYT or WaPo has credibility.

Covington Catholic, COVID, Russia collusion, etc. Absolute imbecilic stories.

How about you start with telling us how Nich Shirley is wrong?

I’m not a fan of the NYT or WaPo. They do produce some quality journalism but part of our job as consumers is to be skeptical and question even sources we trust. You know…critical thinking and such.

But I get it. Confirmation bias is do much more comforting.

Telling it like it is

And it’s the tip of the iceberg. Musk mentioned it and you saw how the left reacted

I’m always curious as to how much this rampant Fraud contributes to the economy. This is just not a Minnesota thing,it’s a national thing as it’s widespread.

I asked ChatGPT "Did nick shirley report anything that wasn't reported earlier?" It answered:
Short answer: Most of what Nick Shirley showed in his viral Minnesota fraud video was not new reporting in the sense of uncovering previously unknown fraud cases — there were already extensive investigations, prosecutions, and media reports about welfare and childcare fraud in Minnesota. What was new in Shirley’s work was mainly visual, on-the-ground video footage of certain facilities appearing empty or inactive and the rapid viral amplification of that footage online.

What Was Already Known Before Shirley’s Video
Before Nick Shirley’s viral video in late December 2025:

Ongoing Federal and Local Investigations
Federal authorities had been investigating and prosecuting fraud schemes in Minnesota for years, including the Feeding Our Future case tied to pandemic food program fraud that led to dozens of indictments and convictions. The FBI had already “surged personnel and investigative resources to Minnesota” before the video went viral.
Inquisitr News

Journalistic Coverage of Fraud
Local outlets like the Star Tribune, KSTP, etc., had previously reported issues with specific daycare centers (e.g., regulatory violations, licensing problems, large amounts of public funding) — including Minnesota child care centers with safety or compliance issues. Reddit discussions note a local veteran reporter had documented some of the same centers before Shirley’s video.

Public Record Data
Records about how much funding specific facilities received from programs like the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) were publicly available and had been cited in reporting prior to Shirley’s video (though often not widely circulated).

I’m not surprised at all that Klam feel for the lying media coverage on that Covington kid

How many mainstream media outlets had visited this fraudulent daycare center and asked questions like Shirley didjyym
