He did appear to have had the ability to:
1) step back out of the way
2) draw his weapon
3) lean over the hood of the vehicle
4) fire through the windshield

Not exactly what would be my first reaction if I thought I was about to be hit by a 4,000 pound vehicle.

And before you say - you've never been hit by a car, how do you know what you'd do - I have been hit by a car as a pedestrian, not once but twice. Both times the car that hit me was moving faster than Good's car and both times I've walked away unharmed.

Lefties aren't the only ones ready to start a Civil War. There are trumpers that seem to be jonseing for one.

I've watched several videos and I don't think it was clear that he was hit but I'm not denying the possibility.

I'm all for an impartial investigation. I'm not sure we'll get that from the trump regime. I don't know anything about the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. Maybe they can be unbiased, maybe they'll be biased but balance out the trump regime.

Hopefully, the truth of what happened is determined and justice is served.
