DHS has not argued that the "old man" was a US citizen. It is also fact that they dragged the man outside in below freezing temperatures in his underwear/shorts, shirtless, with nothing but a blanket.

We're not going to agree and and at this point it's a matter of opinion on whether they showed a warrant. The family's names are known, it wouldn't be difficult for ICE to provide the names of the alleged convicted sex offenders so people could look them up in a registry. Why haven't they done that? What are they hiding?
