We're still in the United States and this is a place where nobody has to "stand up" and prove their innocence or "justify" or "defend" who they associate with. We have this fundamental right called the presumption of innocence that is guaranteed in the 5th amendment to the Constitution.

Releasing or better yet, leaking files about Trump are not contingent on releasing files on Bill Clinton or any other Donk. They have tried everything to get Trump: multiple impeachments, lawsuits, debanking, criminal cases (they even changed NY law to specifically target they guy), assassination attempts, and whatever else I've forgotten.
