FAKE NEWS. It's not about getting an "ID" it's about being able to provide proof of citizenship.
  1. Can minorities and others figure it out? Yes.
  2. Can they get it done in time? Some will, many won't (especially with #4).
  3. Should they have to pay to get those documents? No, it would likely be a poll tax?
  4. Are state and federal governments prepared for the possible influx of requests for birth certificates, passports, etc? I don't think so?
  5. Should the federal government be dictating whether states can allow mail-in voting? I don't think so.
