Lol them being mentally ill men doesn’t affect my life (well it did when Levine was the PA Sec of Public Health during Covid). It’s your side who gets their panties in a wad when people simply don’t affirm their delusion.
Sure you're panties aren't in a wad - should we try and count the number of times you've posted photos of transgender people with disparaging remarks about their mental illness or other derogatory crap?
Now look who sounds triggered.

“President Trump reacted to the news that the International Olympic Committee (IOC) updated its policies to ensure only biological females compete in women's sports, and will use genetic testing as enforcement. Trump credited the decision to his own "Keeping Men Out of Women's Sports" executive order that he signed last year.”

Common sense win

Vermont pays $566K in damages to Christian school it banned from all sports competitions for years
A judge finalized the award Tuesday after the school was barred from athletics and academic competitions for two years

State education agencies in Vermont have paid $566,000 in damages and legal fees to a Christian school that was banned from all sports and academic competitions for two years after its girls' basketball team refused to compete against a trans athlete in 2023.

A judge's decision was finalized on Tuesday that awarded the plaintiffs, including the Mid Vermont Christian School and its law firm Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), the $566,000. The plaintiffs took legal action to challenge the ban in November 2023, and have now officially been transferred their winnings…

Doctors’ union drops opposition to Cass review of NHS gender healthcare
On Wednesday, the body published a long-awaited review of Cass’s findings, conducted by 12 union members.

Prof David Strain, the chair of the BMA’s board of science, who led the review, said the Cass report’s methodology was robust and the BMA was no longer opposed to any of its 32 recommendations.

“A strength of this work has been the ability of clinicians with differing perspectives to engage constructively to ensure the concerns of the profession and those with lived experience were explored,” said Strain.

“While interpretations and policy preferences in the group, as in the profession indeed in wider society, have diverged, there has been consistent respect for the underlying data and for the ethical complexity of the decisions involved.”

He added: “This report identifies the need to make significant improvements in the way in which gender identity services for children and young people are provided. As in many other treatment areas, it also highlights the ongoing challenge of managing uncertainty for the medical profession when caring for people with gender incongruence in a way that is proportionate, transparent, and patient-centred.”

Despite the BMA’s report largely vindicating the findings of the Cass review, the trade union body also claimed some of the government’s actions in the aftermath of the review, such as banning puberty blockers on the NHS, went beyond Cass’s recommendations.

The union said it was “continuing to oppose a ban on puberty blockers for several reasons, not least because it is a threat to the autonomy of a doctor. We spend decades training on how to use drugs, and to have a political decision affecting the way we prescribe is wrong.

...
Her report also found young people often present with complex needs, including trauma, self-harm, depression, and these factors were sometimes not adequately explored before medical treatment pathways were considered.
As usual, context matters.

It will probably be difficult for MAQA yahoos to overcome the Qult programming but they should give being rational & reasonable a try.

California championship track meet forces trans athlete to share top podium spot with female
AB Hernandez won long jump by over a foot, high jump by two inches and triple jump by nearly two feet at CIF meet

Trans athlete AB Hernandez of Jurupa Valley High School took first place in long jump, high jump and triple jump at the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Southern Section finals in Division 3.

Then, during podium ceremonies, announcers declared that each event had two co-champions, including Hernandez. This was based on a rule enacted last year.…
