I don’t care what pronoun a person with a mental illness (yeah my opinion, shared by the opinion of the DSM 4, but not the opinion of the DSM 5) wants to use. Free country. I’m just not going to affirm their delusion. No ‘her’ is being prosecuted, and no ‘her‘ was exercising any right.

Nop. That is an opinion from DSM 5. Psychiatry is the most liberal area of medicine (opinion) that’s full of opinions (fact). It’s not cut and dry/black and white like many other areas of medicine.

No statements from the police, DA, the other party, or witnesses. Made a claim about what the video nearby surveillance showed, but no video provided. So I‘m sure it went down just like this guy described, and he is just an innocent victim in MAGA country.

But oops, Laramie city isn‘t MAGA country. While Laramie County is red, and WY went for Trump 72-26, the City of Laramie is blue.

A Laramie bartender faces felony charges after pulling a gun downtown.

There was video footage of the altercation recorded by the ever-present Second and Ivinson downtown livestream, but it lacked audio. Laramie Police Officer Hunter Rope reviewed the footage, according to the affidavit, which recounts what the video showed:

At approximately [10:03 p.m.], Kelver appears to be in close proximity to S.D. with her hand on her right hip satchel, where the firearm was later located. [One second later], Kelver is pushed backwards by S.D. and takes a couple of steps back and falls to the ground, still with her hand to her right side … Kelver’s right hand removes what appears to be a firearm from the satchel on her right hip, grabs the firearm slide, and pulls it backwards, typically in a fashion to load a round into the chamber … Kelver, after pulling the firearm slide back, points the firearm to her left, where S.D. is present on camera, holding the firearm in her right hand.

Don't be a pussy way out and attempt to dismiss the article and duck discussing the substance because it refers to Kelver as a she.

Reading is fundamental. As I stated, the article doesn‘t show the video. There is nothing in the article other than what he is claiming to show that he is being wrongly charged. He‘ll get his day in court like Zimmerman, the McCloskeys, Rittenhouse, etc did.

Reading is fundamental. As I stated, the article doesn‘t show the video. There is nothing in the article other than what he is claiming to show that he is being wrongly charged. He‘ll get his day in court like Zimmerman, the McCloskeys, Rittenhouse, etc did.

I don't think it's disputed that Kelver was shoved and fell to the ground. This is a transcript from the video:

That's significantly more proof that it did happen then anything you've provided to show that it didn't. You don't think it happened that way then prove it.
