I was just talking about guns last night and how those that weren't raised around them and have never been taught to respect them, usually fear them.

Watched some guys come out of a pawn shop in Missoula with some shotguns and they were looking them over in the parking lot and lo and behold, some lady simply just walked right past the guys on the sidewalk and didn't even bat an eye. People in Montana are used to seeing guns, so they don't usually bother them.

I didn't say the law prevents you from gun ownership. It prevents you from carrying it around town, concealed or in plain sight. I don't fault you for recognizing your depression and doing something about it.

I understand the law, but to me it doesn't make sense. The crazy asshats that don't see someone about it are far more dangerous than someone who is doing something about it. I'm not seeing a counselor because the one I was seeing said there was no reason to continue to see her unless things got really bad. In about 2 months I go back to see the guy who prescribed my Celexa to see if I even need to stay on it. I guess I dont understand punishing those who understand their problem and take control of it.
