Health Care's Progress - A Donk Conundrum

Olympia Snowe's vote, though unnecessary at this point (simple majority vote to get the Senate bill out of committee), gives apparent cover to moderate Donks in both houses of Congress to vote for some significant form of health care reform. Truly a major accomplishment that will impact virtually every American.

So here's the question - now that moderate Donks will be under even more pressure to vote for health care, will they immediately be voted out of office given the Conk leanings of their districts if they do in fact vote for it? And if there is a net increase in Conk seats, will it be enough to swing the balance of power in Washington far enough where Obama will be virtually unable to enact the rest of his agenda?
