Noam Chomsky puts offer in on NFL Rams team

Post by Cleets Part 2 »

This just in:
Author and political activist Noam Chomsky has just put in an offer to purchase the St.Louis Rams NFL franchise...World business leaders have convened at NFL headquaters in New York to try and decide if this is a "good business decision"

The worlds leading Business analysts and savvy executives are stumped at the proper way to proceed

One Business executive who chose to remain nameless said: "Ive never encountered a more complex and baffling set of business issues as the ones we have all met here today to solve"

Oh my goodness what decision will they make...? it's such a tough one...
.......................................................................................

Yes: The present Rush Limbaugh situation is this stupid... how anybody could make this obvious NO Brainer into rocket science is troubling at best...

As much as I despise Chomsky, there really are no similarities. Chomsky is a true believer who doesn't even try to appeal to the masses. Rush is a blowhard who has found a way to make money by whipping the masses into a frenzy. Whether Rush is a true believer is irrelevant.

Chomsky is a linguistics professor at MIT who thinks he's a political science professor. On the political spectrum he can be found right between Mao and Marx.

They are both on the extremes but that is where the similarities end.

The difference is that Rush is a household name (at least with Blacks/African Americans). Even a lot of Rush Limbaugh white listeners may not know who Chomsky is.

Also, Chomsky has radical ideas, but I would hardly call them far-left as he is often characterized. Many times he makes more sense than the Nancy Pelosis and Hillary Clintons of the world. Rush is good at calling out dems on their hypocrisy but sucks at defending his own beliefs and doesn't have any original ideas. That's the difference.

What "debate"? Norm Chomsky (whoever the fuck THAT is) has as much right to invest in an NFL franchise as Rush Limbaugh does. There's no debate. It was purely a political decision and Cleets has finally admitted that. So, if there's any "winner" it's me.

Wow - swing and a miss...

Both are fringe political activists - one has a radio show one does not but the same sh!t comes out of both of their mouths... with exactly 180 degrees of separation
Holy sh*t...

...however...

...the scenario is arguably irrelevant as the NFL is very much a business that Goodell has inappropriately positioned as arbiter of morality.

Both Rush and Noam should be allowed to invest in an NFL franchise. God Bless them both.

Of course "they should be able to" buy in - but why would you - why would anyone make that business decision...they're divisive alienating douche nozzles and mainstream business will always avoid them

Just because you could doesn't mean you should...
and just because you don't doesn't mean you shouldn't...
