He just has a little extra douchebag than Hannity.

Hannity is a little whinny bit*h you want to slap in the face, not in a "violence towards women kinda way", but in a "I want you to feel like the little bitch you are way"

Rare, but I agree with you, Alfred.

As most people here, the "salt of the earth," I agree that Beck is a douchebag (though he doesn't seem that smart so I'm not sure he's on the same level as a Hannity or Olbermann they are at least slightly intelligent). I have to rate him below the Hannity/ Olbermann axis of douche (Matthews is a tool not a douche).

However, I understand that it was Glenn Beck who exposed Obama's 'Green Jobs Czar" as a truther, among other things. As far as I'm concerned, that's the kind of thing the media needs to be doing. Questioning strange judgment on the part of our government.
Yup! :thumb:

Beck exposed the Marxists, too, and invites more scholarly guests than the others.

Scholarly guests? I'm obviously not a regular viewer. What scholars does he have on?

Here are a few Beck guests with scholarly credentials:

Matthew Spalding, Stephen Moore, Ed Whelan, John M Barry, Roger Pilan, Arthur Laffer, Robert P George, Christopher Tollefsen, Robert M. Carter, Dr. Keith Ablow, Burton W. Folsom, Jr., Thomas E. Woods, Thomas Sowell, Peter D Schiff, Stanley Kurtz, Alan Gura, Robert A. Levy...

The list includes medical doctors, legal scholars, historians, several economists, a paleontologist...

My point is not that Beck's guests do not have a point of view. Many are libertarians.

My point is that Beck often invites credentialed scholars in addition to the usual crowd of politicians, talking heads, journalists and celebrities.

Sowell is the hero. Beck is merely an entertainer who has at least as much integrity and intelligence as most of the "mainstream journalists."
