Here are the top 10 in the BCS standings after week 9, the second BCS poll. Notice that Boise St. fell from #4 to #7 this week, and will presumably fall due to their weak schedule, unless some teams above them lose.

You better come to grips with it, Clenz. Because if they beat Ohio State in 2 weeks, they're GOING undefeated. Alabama loses to Florida (or vice versa) in the SEC championship game....Iowa passes them. Texas loses to Oklahoma State, Kansas, or in the Big-12 Championship game, Iowa passes THEM. It's a VERY real possibility Iowa plays the Florida/Alabama winner for the national title.

You better come to grips with it, Clenz. Because if they beat Ohio State in 2 weeks, they're GOING undefeated. Alabama loses to Florida (or vice versa) in the SEC championship game....Iowa passes them. Texas loses to Oklahoma State, Kansas, or in the Big-12 Championship game, Iowa passes THEM. It's a VERY real possibility Iowa plays the Florida/Alabama winner for the national title.

It's just a joke that they are getting the credit they are for barley beating UNI, barely beating Arkansas State, barely beating Michigan, Michigan State...bottom line is they aren't that damn good.

Oh, I agree. They'll get their ASS kicked, just like Ohio State has the past few years. Big 10 football is NOT good...but they have a very real chance of GETTING there...

What sucks is the Iowa fans really do think they are that good and that the Big 10 is that good and the UNI and Iowa State fans all have to listen to their obnoxious fans. Iowa is so damn lucky that they will probably make it to the championship game and the entire other team will end up with H1N1 or something like that.

I probably will be too which is too bad. I don't necessarily dislike Iowa. It is their obnoxious fans that I can't stand.
