Have for a long time. We alternate years. Last year we were at Iowa and home against ISU, the year before Iowa at home ISU on the road. Drake gets Iowa and ISU at home too.


It's the only time we can get Iowa out of Iowa City

Is it true that there is a state law requiring state schools to play each other, or is that nothing more than a self perpetuating myth?

The UIUC cowards won't play any in state schools, say they have nothing to gain from it. But that game against the deaf dumb and blind mount me st mary's accademy for wayward girls sure does their schedule good.

As far as I know there is no law. The UNI/UI/ISU/DU series is part of the Cy-Hawk Trophy Series I believe. It isn't mandated by law, but it is good for all the teams, except Drake most years. UNI is wanting to prove itself against the B10 and B12 teams, and those schools want to destroy UNI to keep their players out of Cedar Falls.
