No. I get it. My question was if the naturally occuring packs in Glacier had been left alone and recolonized the bitteroots gradually, would you still call for the extirmination? I understand that the subspecies introduced into southern Montana was not the same native subspecies.

I support most reintroductions as long as they are geneticALly the same. I don't support reintroductions that don't meet that criteria.

And Montana has a healthy Wolverine population - so the limited hunting season is not an issue.

Idaho wolf hunter says he's been inundated by angry calls, mail

LEWISTON, Idaho - The first hunter to report a wolf kill in Idaho says he's been flooded with nasty messages.

Robert Millage of Kamiah said he's been called a wolf murderer, a fat redneck and other names in about 50 phone calls and hundreds of e-mails.

Sounds like he's receiving same treatment some posters on here with a defferent opinion have received from his supporters.....how tragic....
